Sources from Ghazni city told Ravi Zan that on Sunday, twelfth of September, the joint commission of the ministries of Education and the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice
of the Taliban closed an educational center where girls were studying in one of its classes.
According to these sources, a private school also closed after a very young boy was present in a girls’ class.
A few days ago, an educational center in Ghazni closed by the Taliban due to the presence of girls for learning in that center.
Ghazni province is one of the few provinces in the country where some educational centers for girls were operating, but a month ago, the Taliban banned any education for girls in this province.
Despite widespread global protests and criticism of the Taliban’s ban on girls’ education in Afghanistan, this group continued its misogynist approach and there is no change in their policies.
