A 13-year-old girl died after falling into the Hirmand river in Daikundi district.
Local sources said that this incident happened on (Tuesday, the 5th of September) in Sarulum village of the Shahristan district of Daikundi province.
According to the sources, this girl’s name is Mahdia, and the local residents pulled her body out of the river one day after drowning.
In the last one month, at least four people died due to drowning in Daikundi province.
