Local sources of Balkh province say that the Taliban first beat a young girl and then arrested her because of what they call non_veiling.
According to the sources, this girl’s name is Elaha, and she is arrested on Wednesday, 6th of September, in front of the Noor shopping center, the second security redoubt of Mazar-e-Sharif city.
The Taliban did not say on this matter yet.
