In the semi-final round of the US women’s singles Grand Slam tennis tournament, the 19-year-old American tennis player Coco Gauff defeated Karolina Muchova from the Czech Republic in two sets.
Coco Gauff, the 6th ranked tennis player in the world, won the first set 6-4 and the second set 7-5 and defeated Karolina Muchova, the 27-year-old tennis player and the 10th tennis player in the world.
In the other semi-final match of the women’s, Aryna Sabalenka, 25-year-old tennis player and number two in the world ranking, managed to defeat Madison Keys, a 28-year-old athlete and number 17 in the world, with the result, 2-1.
Sabalenka lost in the first set 6-0; But she won in the second and third sets with the same results 7-6 and went to the final match.
