The 54th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council will begin in Switzerland and continue for three days.
In this meeting on (Monday,
11th of September) started in Geneva, Richard Bennett, the special human rights rapporteur for Afghanistan, is also going to present his new report on the human rights situation in this country.
Also, the members of this council will have an interactive discussion about the High Commissioner’s report on the human rights situation in Afghanistan tomorrow.
It should be mentioned that, at the same time as this meeting, a gathering of civil activists will also be held in Geneva.
