Sources in Parwan Province say that a 12-year-old girl was killed by unknown people with a hunting rifle bullet.
Local sources in Parwan Province told Ravi Zan that around twelve o’clock at night (Wednesday, the 20th of September), a twelve-year-old girl was murdered in Khalazi village, near Charikar city.
According to the sources, unknown persons first threw stones on the roof of the house to bring the family members to the roof, and then shot the 12-year-old daughter of this family with a shotgun.
The cause and motive of this murder have is not determined and the Taliban did not comment on this matter.
