In its report on the situation of girls in Afghanistan, CARE has expressed concern and said that in the last two years, girls who have been deprived of education have suffered from widespread mental illnesses.
This is despite the fact that, according to experts, after the Taliban imposed extensive restrictions on women’s education, work and presence in society, gender discrimination and forced marriages have also increased in Afghanistan.
