Taliban publicly flogs four in Kabul for affair charges

Taliban publicly flogged four individuals in Kabul on Thursday for allegedly having an affair.

Each person received 35 lashes, as stated by the Taliban’s supreme court.

In addition to the public flogging, the four individuals were sentenced to one year in prison.

The statement from the court did not provide further details about the case.
