Hamid Karzai: The reason for India’s progress is the attention given to women’s education

Hamid Karzai, the former president of the country, has considered India’s success in sending a spacecraft to the surface of the moon as the result of that country’s attention to women’s education.

These statements were made by Hamid Karzai today (Friday, 3rd of July) on X social network https://twitter.com/KarzaiH while the Indian Chandrayaan 3 spacecraft (Wednesday, 1st of July) led by a female scientist successfully landed on the surface of the moon. landed, making India the fourth country in the world to achieve this feat.

Karzai added: “India’s progress is due to attention to education and science, and the only way for our country to progress is to prioritize science.”

He has once again asked the Taliban to remove the restrictions on the education of girls in the country and to open the gates of schools and universities for girls.

This is despite the fact that since the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan, restrictions on the work and education of women by this group have become more and more widespread.
